We had a customer approve their art, but the art had highlighted questions from Lynn that weren’t answered. Instead of sending the order to production, she reached out. In the end, the customer missed four things in the proofing process, and would have had to redo the awards had Lynn not reached out to double-check.
DEREK—Quality: “I have the unyielding persistence to improve.”
Derek is ALWAYS responsive and timely, in every interaction I have with him! Whether it is a minor tweak on the website, a blank virtual, or setting up a profile and login for the website, he responds and gets an answer within MINUTES. It is so incredibly appreciated to have a response like that for our clients!
TEDD—Commitment: “I am committed to the ongoing viability of the company.”
Tedd ALWAYS makes your request feel like the most important thing on his plate! His quick-turn around on everything I ask for makes my job so much easier!
CAROLYN—Respect: “I treat others the way I want to be treated.”
Carolyn has seen incredible growth over the last few months, making her a key player on the subsurface team. Any task I throw at Carolyn she meets head on. Her incredible work ethic lets me know that whatever I toss her way she’ll knock it out of the park.
MAI KIA—Passion: “I have the burning desire to achieve, in all I do.”
Mai Kia is reliable, dependable, and trustworthy to the Masking team. She makes sure to finish her work and takes on more, even when she is tired. She has been in mask-making, washing, taping and helping anywhere she can.
