As summer came to a close and a new school year began, one very special Crystal D employee benefit kicked into gear: our School Sendoff Benefit!
The first day of school is a big moment for kids and their families. Whether it’s an excited goodbye, a few nervous butterflies or an extra-long hug before heading through the school doors, these are memories worth being present for.
That’s why Crystal D’s School Sendoff Benefit provides paid time off for employees to see their grade school-age children off on their first day. It gives parents the opportunity to slow down, soak up the moment and focus on their kids—without worrying about being late for work or missing out on pay. And because grandparents deserve to be part of these milestones, too, they’re welcome to participate!
It’s one small way Crystal D supports our Memory Makers in making memories of their own.
