Crystal D isn’t just a company that produces awards and gifts for others — we also practice recognition and appreciation with our own employees, who we call Memory Makers. We have a variety of programs in place to highlight our people for the ways they contribute, carry themselves and serve our customers.
Every quarter we spotlight five Memory Makers nominated by their peers for living out our company’s core values. Congratulations to the WOW Champs for the second quarter of 2025! Here’s some of the kudos they received.
Donna — Accounting

Every time I go to Erin on something (creating a website profile, website/product questions, marketing materials, etc.), it is done FAST and with an extreme focus on quality. She understands our customers needs, and constantly strives to meet them, and exceed their expectations. Her drive and high standards can be felt throughout the organization.”
Eric — Customer Service

He is a fantastic listener, fantastic with our customers, and really does work amazingly under pressure. Todd P. — Sales

“Natalia is always pursuing a positive solution. It may be in her day to day, or taking on additional challenges to push Crystal D to be better. She works so efficiently that her #s are always so high and she runs out of stuff to do. But she doesn’t let this stop her because you can see her hoping around in staging, shipping, sinks, and quality control. Natalia’s attitude and drive to learn her new role is a credit to the culture at Crystal-D.”
