Crystal D isn’t just in the business of creating awards and gifts—we’re equally committed to recognizing and appreciating our own team members, known as Memory Makers. Through a variety of programs, we celebrate the ways our people contribute, embody our values, and serve our customers.
Each quarter, we honor five Memory Makers who are nominated by their peers for exemplifying our core values. Congratulations to our WOW Champs for the fourth quarter of 2025! Here’s a look at some of the recognition they received.

Kari — Sales

During team meetings, this memory maker routinely speaks up playing the devil’s advocate. This memory maker wasn’t afraid to speak the dissenting opinion and challenge opinions respectfully. This memory maker, always willing to jump in on a call and help marketing understand what’s going on in the field. They come with great ideas, new ideas. I think some people got some. This memory maker does a great job of bringing customer insights back to the team so that they can better aligned with the real world.

This memory maker is very conscious of their quality, and whenever they are unsure, they will reach out to make sure that is right before moving forward. If they think it’s a process that is efficient, they will offer offers in big letters. They will offer suggestions for improvements. We benefit from this memory maker’s curiosity and innovative nature. They keep top quality in mind when working on customer orders. This memory maker shows an aptitude for not just learning our processes but retaining and applying them in different ways across various orders.

Tuo — Shipping

Tuo volunteered or was volunteered to help me with a delivery I needed to make to the embroider in Apple Valley. It was a little too much stuff to unload by myself, so I was very thankful to have a hand. He had a fantastic attitude the entire time, and was a huge help! It probably was not what he expected a hour or two of his day to look like when he came in this morning, but he was ready and able to help. Thank you Tuo for stepping up, working hard, and having such a great attitude! Helping out a teammate, and doing so with a great attitude are great examples of a team player and a Memory Maker who is certainly living out the respect value! Thank you Tuo!

This memory maker consistently works with dedication and focus, always seeking the best outcomes for the company and the customer. They have been instrumental in helping navigate the complex tariff environment and help protect our bottom line.

Shelley: This memory makers enthusiasm for Crystal D and the positive impact we can have on, helps lift me up when I’m feeling caught in the whirlwind. They remind me that what we do is fun and meaningful.

Gary: This memory maker continually exceeds the sales activities. Key performance indicators for solutions specialist. And every week this memory maker is at the top or very near it of sales activities. This memory maker is a sales machine. This Memory Makers sets up our customers for success with respect and kindness, which is a key skill for all parties to win.

Brenda: This memory maker makes each order simple, easy and fast. So by getting it right for the customer, the customers will always return. They are a living testament to having real love for serving our clients. This memory maker always, always, always has the customer in mind. They go the extra mile to ensure every order is right. They have patience and understanding for each client and each situation. This makes the job of sales so much easier with their complete knowledge of what they do and the passion they have for our customers.
